- If you are not satisfied with our online course that does not contain a coaching or digital download product, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- For coaching and digital download products, or any bundle or course that contains a coaching or digital download product, we have a no refund policy.
- To request a refund, please email our customer support team at [email protected] with your order details, including the date of purchase and the name of the course.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your request.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. All remittance charges will be borne by the customer.
- After a refund has been processed, access to the course will be revoked.
- Please note that if you have completed more than 25% of the course content, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect abuse of our refund policy.
